FAQ’S

What area of the country do you cover?

Lillyfields Live-in Care is based in the south of England in Hampshire where all of our carer workers are managed from. We maintain a strong pool of trained and qualified carers who are accessible throughout the whole of England and Wales.

What will I be expected to provide?

The live-in care worker will need their own bedroom, bed and linen and somewhere to keep their clothes. You will also be expected to provide the resources for their meals following a ‘normal’
balanced diet. Any particular dietary requirements or needs will be bought by the care worker. We also recommend that you have WIFI available in your home as this has proven a much more
economical and fast way to record and update care reports and reviews.

Are the office team experienced in care?

Yes, all of our office staff are or have been carers themselves. They have a full understanding of what is needed in providing the correct care package for you or your loved ones.

We have over 30 years’ experience of care work, with office staff being qualified nurses and NVQ level care workers.
