The vetted Live-in Carers we provide are all Self Employed however are expected to operate to the high standards that go with the Lillyfields Care name.
We have invested heavily in our legal setup to make sure our clients never have to worry about PAYE or any other employee responsibilities, the relationship between our Carers and our Clients is protected as purely self-employed.
We also have Agreement pages put in place between the Carer and Client to protect the nature of the relationship so there are no grey area when it comes to the terms of the arrangement, this is all to ensure transparency and openness.
Lillyfields work with both you (the client) and the carer to form an equal and open relationship to ensure communication and to maintain the highest level of care for yourself and support for the carer.
We provide our carers with 24/7 support and we are obligated to ensure that any pre-booked time that the carers may have off is covered by another suitable carer.
You are free to have a completely open and confidential relationship with your carer as you are supporting that carer financially without becoming an employer yourself.
Lillyfields Live-in is aware that client and carer matching will not always work first time and will always endeavour to provide the appropriate Carer to suit your needs as soon as possible at no extra cost. The relationship between Lillyfields and our clients is a 24/7 support for any care issues.
