How does it work?

We provide fully vetted Carers to your door.

Under CQC regulations, Lillyfields Live-in Care is classified as an Introductory Agency. This means all our Carers are Self Employed and work according to the initial Care Plan that is put in place. We operate in this manner to keep costs low for our clients, and we have access to a vast pool of carers. They like being self-employed as pay tends to be better for them.

All our Carers are trained and come with references. Often these Carers are known to us from previous Assignments and well trusted.

If a Carer we provide is not the correct fit for a client (sometimes people clash), we will end the assignment immediately and begin a new one with a new carer as requested.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LILLYFIELDS LIVE-IN CARE AND CARER

Lillyfields work with you (the client) and the carer to form an equal and open relationship to optimise communication and maintain the highest level of care for yourself and support for the carer. 

We do not employ our carers; however, we are responsible for ensuring that each carer has in-date training, an in-date disclosure and baring service (DBS), and 2x references from previous placements. 

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CLIENT AND CARER

You (the client) are free to have a completely open and confidential relationship with your carer as you are engaging that carer financially without becoming an employer yourself.

Lillyfields Live-in is aware of client and carer matching and will always endeavour to provide you (the client) with the appropriate carer to suit your needs. The relationship between Lillyfields and you is 24/7 support for any care issues. 

Lillyfields will provide you with a suitable live-in carer for the pre-arranged periods.
