We never charge extra if a client does not require care for a certain period of time. Our rates are based on the specific care services provided, and clients are only charged for the care they receive. This means that if a client's care needs change, or they don't require care for a certain period of time, they will not be charged for services they do not receive.
In addition, we do not tie our clients into lengthy contracts. We believe that clients should have the flexibility to receive care on their terms, without being locked into a long-term commitment. Our care services are provided on a rolling contract basis, which means that clients can leave our service at any time without penalty.
